Is there a tweak that disables version check iOS when downloading apps?

Appeared in the farm iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2. Upgrade the OS, to be honest, I don't want. Since I'm not sure that the old hardware will work correctly with the latest firmware, and back then iOS 7 would be impossible, since it is not signed...

The problem is that the most common apps, like Gmail or Skype are not installed and need to update the iOS to 8 or 9. Like, there's an option to put them through iTunes, but it would be somehow easier.
Maybe there is a tweak in Cydia that removes the version check when downloading apps?

a cursory search in Google/Yandex gave no results

Solution
Once there is a jailbreak, then you can manually put the version app older. So look for .ipa ustanovochnyi that support 7.1.2 version
