How to share Internet via WiFi?

Hello!
The challenge is to share an Internet connection obtained via a 4G USB modem, via WiFi.
What I have:
1. Computer on Windows 7
2. 4G USB modem from Huawei (HiLink) connected directly to the computer
3. WiFi router TP-LINK TL-WR840N connected to the computer via ethernet cable

In windows there are two networks, one with Internet access, the other without.
Now, on the computer the Internet but it is necessary to distribute the Internet through Wi-Fi. The question is how.

You still on the computer to lift dhcp on the router to configure the connection using dhcp, and the cord to plug into the wan port on the router - Sasha_Walsh commented on June 14th 19 at 18:08

Control panel > control center network and sharing> view network connections.
Then, right-click, go to properties of the mobile connection. Pieridae in the sharing tab and select Allow other network users to connect through an Internet connection on that computer .
I did it in the first place - but alas the Internet is not rummaged. The phone surely takes the wifi signal but no Internet(((59da0502818e0896882354.jpeg59da050e36bf1428954431.jpeg - Sasha_Walsh commented on June 14th 19 at 18:10
hmm you have a modem connected in ndis mode. In this mode it will detected as a local network. I think the method should work only for RAS modems. - Lafayette.Marvin commented on June 14th 19 at 18:13
