Why node.js need https module? Different from http?

Previously used only the http module, do I understand correctly that https module should only be used when a domain uses an ssl certificate ? Then what does he do and why http is not suitable ?

Still wondering about http2, perhaps someone has already used, whether it has any advantages over plain http? Possible speed ?

security. https has an ssl certificate. A secure connection has some sites will not be able to teach let's say api because it requires a secure connection. Let's say such as telegram bot
Ie I don't need an ssl certificate if I use the https module in node ? The api for other sites is understandable, but more interested in the server. - Lawrence_Denesik11 commented on June 14th 19 at 18:13
here is can't say for sure, but most likely the server you deploy. Better to Google. Just will listen to this host. Perhaps some kind of certificate it uses, a hand. But again I do not ask such questions. Can someone tell me - Waylon_Kub commented on June 14th 19 at 18:16
