Please advise a tutorial on linear algebra for someone who last studied **ordinary** algebra at the high school level 13 years ago.

Enrolled in a foreign technical University, as a programmer-taught (life happened) in order to try to obtain engineering education and still become a professional. From the first year we have linear algebra and discrete mathematics and I don't know which side to approach this, given that there is a language barrier and a long period of "neresini" no math problems.

When opening the standard textbook even in Russian, I just don't understand what it was. Maybe there are any talented teacher or author, who explained things clearly?

Advise the literature for self-study, please.
