Visual Studio 2017. Need help with hotkey. Off topic: fucking question mark?

Switched from JetBrains to the Studio. Everything is fine, if not hell with hotkey: for every action at the 2 hotkey(Ctrl+K, Ctrl + Q), we need the hotkeys are located in different parts of klavijatury, it is absolutely illogical in every versions of the Studio - different. Just because of this I want to spit on all the benefits of the Studio, blow, fuck, and sprinkle Holy water on the room in which it was used.
Maybe there is at least adequate cheat sheet for the Studio? Not much found in Google - half not working and half doing absolutely not what is written.

Solution
Like the post above and say that ReSharper this issue is resolved.
But all the hotkeys in the Studio you can override most Options->Environment->Keyboard. Some of the options I did.

I also switched from VS code layout IntelliJ IDEA on VS because I wanted to write on the pros.
And it was also a gesture.
I decided to move to the side Secondly jers and installed the Vim plugin for VS.
Even Secondly new layout from the beginning seemed quite good in comparison with the layout VS.
From Secondly I took only a couple of teams, because any more that didn't need much and they have not been taught.
But the VS plugin and Secondly was krivushi and when he wrote wq(save and close) encoding flew.
In General, set Device, after the trial don't even know what I'm doing))
Install Vim plugin for VS and enjoy your life.
I also more impressed by IDE from JetBrains, but you have to write in different languages(currently C++ & C# + JS(html, css, Nodejs, TS, etc.)), and to keep open at the same time 2-3 IDE expensive. Yes, and Rider in C# with debug and shapes, as I understand it, is not very friendly. - Leora_Schuster20 commented on June 14th 19 at 19:13
