The problem with the video driver? Why when playing a video, there is a slight defect?

I installed the drivers on NVIDIA. During playback of YouTube videos at the bottom of the video there is minor distortion that is barely noticeable. If the image is static, and not at all, but as soon as the frames begin to "go", you receive the second shift. As if took a picture, carried the horizontal slit in the middle, and the lower part, below the slit, shifted to the right by 3 pixels, and then after a second it returned. This happens very quickly and almost imperceptibly.
