How to do a redirect all pages from http to https except robots.txt on the kohana framework using .htaccess?

The site is written in kohana. Tried different options, but none worked.
robots.txt is generated through the controller file robots.txt physically no, so perhaps this Directive
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} robots.txt$ [NC]
not working.
Now contents .htaccess is:
# Turn on URL rewriting
RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} !^443$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [QSA,R=301,L]

# Installation directory
RewriteBase /

# Protect hidden files from being viewed
<files .*>
 Order Deny,Allow
 Deny From All
</files>

# Protect application and system files from being viewed
RewriteRule ^(?:application|modules|system)\b.* index.php/$0 [L]

# Allow any files or directories that exist to be displayed directly
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d

# Rewrite all other URLs to index.php/URL
RewriteRule .* index.php [L]

Accordingly, there is unwanted redirects site.ru/robots.txt on https://site.ru/robots.txt . How to avoid it? Thanks in advance.
