How not to sync with owncloud?

There is owncloud. There is a PC where the client stands. There is a shared folder in the cloud. When someone throws something into it, then it's something Xenia on all PC where folder is available. How to make so that files are no longer downloaded on a synced PC?

To stop sync on the PC to mount the shared folder on ownCloud via WebDAV.
