Hang PC 30-40 seconds after the system is installed on the SSD?

Became finally the owner of a SSD. Inserted, turned on AHCI in the BIOS, set W10. Everything is fine, except for one.
Periodically, during operation, the system hangs for 30-40 seconds, programs stop responding, but the cursor continues to run.
Tell me, what's wrong?
Drive PLEXTOR PX S3C-128S3C, mother 970M pro3, percents FX4330, the system W10 Enterprise.

I like the logic of the drive, check health of the drive of the relevant utilities
CrystalDiskInfo says that everything is fine. - xzavier.Weimann commented on June 14th 19 at 20:13
Try then to overwrite a large file on SSD, not a standard utility, it will show what happens when writing to disk, maybe it'll help - Collin_Gutmann commented on June 14th 19 at 20:16
