What 10 Gigabit switch to choose?

All kind time of day.
Going to do at home 10 Gigabit network between the server and the PC, other PC to 1 Gigabit.
But I plan in the future to connect several 10 GB networks.
Advise relatively inexpensive switch with 4 sfp+ ports and Gigabit Ethernet ports (preferably if even with PoE)
If someone is used what are the pitfalls to waiting?
Thanks in advance for answers

Managed - D-Link DGS-1510-28L/ME
Unmanaged - D-Link DGS-1026X
With POE will cost significantly more.

I would rather get this, CRS328-24P-4S+RM
4 ports 10 GB, 24 ports of 1 Gbit , POE

D-link is not easy to control, stability is not aware of
SNR, there are much better products for this price.Support, just Piz*** the full.
