What CPU Pentium vs i3 G4620 7100 is better for multimedia Assembly?

Good time of day.
Assemble a PC for home use. In the tasks he will have VK + YouTube + Office.
At the moment can not be determined with the processor. There are two ways in which personally I think are optimal: Intel Pentium G4620 and Intel i3 7100. Between these stones, only one, in my opinion, a significant difference: i3 supports AVX instructions, and G4620 - no.

Anywhere on the network couldn't find information about how much this affects performance in everyday applications. I was wondering if I would see any difference between these stones when scrolling the ribbon to VK/FB or watching YouTube videos, for example?

Synthetic tests on CPUBoss and similar resources, shows a difference of 4-6% between the stones in favor of the i3 7100, however, the G4620 is a couple of thousand cheaper. Whether VK/YouTube to run faster on the stone with AVX or in my case, this is generally not worth it to dwell?

Much of a difference that can be seen by the naked eye in the work will not.
It is therefore reasonable to take the Pentium.
And the difference to spend for other components - memory not less than 8G, and the normal SSD.
