How to do it (in the description) in Unity2D?

Many times I asked this question here and in Google trying to look in other games and on YouTube, but always there was something...wrong.

How to make:
1. The link on the button - right? Button bt = new Button; and why it's not working
2. How to show+anticiapte/not for example, the game menu? On the background of the picture, the front of the button. GameObject Name; ?
3. How to record variables from input fields and where to record them?

I'm just starting to learn, but it's not really work.
