There are modules for images by "pillow"?

Hello!
Is there any modules for images in Python in addition to the pillow, and then when you invert the image using the module pillow, the image greatly loses quality, thank you
Here is the code:
from PIL import Image, ImageGrab, ImageFont, ImageDraw
tatras = Image.open("screen.png")
rotated = tatras.rotate(-30)
rotated.save('tatras_rotated.jpg')

the quality of the image to run the code:
59d228ae323fc153975224.png

the image after running the code:
59d228895795e245553653.jpeg

Solution
from PIL import Image, ImageGrab, ImageFont, ImageDraw
tatras = Image.open("screen.png")
rotated = tatras.rotate(-30, resample=Image.BICUBIC, expand=True)
rotated.save('tatras_rotated.jpg', quality=90)

Play around with the settings, rotate (not all filters can be used to rotate images, like BICUBIC is the best) and parameters save for best "size to quality".
Perhaps, if we go with PNG instead of JPEG, it is generally chocolate, but it you need to test.

Save in png, in General, are there artifacts I found:
rotated.save('tatras_rotated.png')
