I bought a domain name at Godaddy.
Tell me how to configure it on your server.

Is highly undesirable.
For normal operation of the DNS, at least with some safeguards it is recommended to use at least 2 DNS servers in different sub-meshes and even better - and in different datacenters.

Now you can do much easier than to raise the only your server domain.

To access an external free DNS services

For example, https://cloud.google.com/dns or https://yandex.com/support/domain/delegir.html
Yandex and mail really wants to place there from your Yandex Mail, but this is not a problem and can simply be ignored.

They can take free NS servers.
After you register the push "A" record with the IP of your server and all okay.
