Transfer WordPress hosting, on the "service domain", whether the ride?

Tell me if I'll just put WordPress on the hosting, not tied to a domain, and there is only a business address. Then tie the domain, will I have to change the links and so forth, as when you move to a new domain WordPress. or is it the rules will be to open ?

You website can always contact both by IP and domain. What's the difference as You have in the database? What problems is it? You may have problems with moving to a different address\server. Since the database will show the old address. In this case there are a bunch of plugins\scripts, which run throughout the base and moving - WP-CLI(kind called)
in the code, then there will be links to the business address instead of a domain? - Eladio.Brak commented on June 14th 19 at 21:05
Supposed to change... I can't remember Exactly.
In any case, You can request to change all references in the database
UPDATE wp_posts SET guid = replace(guid, 'http://name','http://name');

Something.... Instructions a lot of plugins even more + experience with databases You will be - sonia20 commented on June 14th 19 at 21:08

More likely - necessary, because WP (as probably any other CMS) does not distinguish between a "technical/official" domains and "what else". Plus, WP stores (at least, kept until recently) full of links to the site hard-coded in the database.

PS of course you Can then to bother with forwarding, etc., but this is the options at the level of "crutch".
