Why FS btrfs complains about the lack of space, and the system monitor shows free 15 GB?

Then, I tried defragmentation, balancing, and even fstrim (I have SSD). Besides suffering terribly speed recording, the speed of the SSD 1-3 MB/s, read-90 MB/s (tests were done with a synchronous mode and disabled the cache (powerone reading gives 300 MB/s)).
