Which Defragmenter is the best?

Which defragger is the best and why. Now I use O&O Defrag and Smart Defrag. Both work about the same, at last a nice design :)

And in your opinion what is the Defragmenter better???

Please write with substantiation and quoting facts. I can only say that I use Auslogic Disk Defrag. I am satisfied with. speed really increases the on the system cluttered, fast and informative, BUT not free for the organization. So looking for alternatives.
